FAQ
Login Issues
  • Open any Internet Browser (preferably Google Chrome or Firefox) and then enter the institution URL in the Main Address tab
  • Enter the Username and Password which has been sent to the registered mobile number/email ID from the institution and click on Login button
  • In caseof first time login, page will be redirected to change the default password.Enter the New Password and same password in the Confirm Password fields and click on Change Password button
  • After clicking on change password button, screen will be redirected to login page again. Kindly login with Username mentioned in the SMS/email and with the new password
  • Click on Forgot Password button in the login page
  • Enter the Username and click on Reset Password button
  • Password will be sent to the registered mobile number/email ID. Enter the credentials and click on Login
  • Enter the new password in New Password and Confirm Password fields and click on Change Password button
  • In case of change in the registered mobile number/email ID, kindly contact the institution
Kindly contact the institution to change your login ID(Mobile number or email ID)
Assignment
Kindly install the supportive application to open the given attachment
E.g.: Adobe reader to open the PDF document
  • Check for the submission end date& time. Assignment cannot be submitted in case the assignment end time is crossed. (Contact institution with valid reason for end date/timeextension)
  • In case the end date & time is not crossed:
  • Kindly check the file format and file size you are trying to attach
    • Supported formats:PDF,Doc, RAR, ZIP
    • File size: 10MB
    • File Name should not have any special characters
  • Check for the internet connection (Even if there is a slight drop down in network, refresh the screen and reupload the document)
Admission
  • Open any Internet Browser (preferably Google Chrome or Firefox) and then enter the institution URL in the Main Address tab
  • Click on Register Link
  • Enter the Name, Mobile number, Email and click on Register button
  • Enter registered mobile number/email ID in Username field and enter the one-time password sent to the registered mobile number/email ID in Password field
  • Click on Login button
  • Enter the new password in New Password and Confirm Password fields and click on Change Password button
  • After clicking on change password button, screen will be redirected to login page again. Kindly login with Username and with the new Password
  • After login, admission dashboard will be displayed. Read the instructions and Click on Apply button
  • Enter all the details in the form and submit the details
Note: Existing Parent can apply for admission through the parent login itself
Fees
  • In case the payment is successful, payment status will reflect as ‘Payment Received’ and the receipt can be downloaded
  • If the payment status is ‘Transaction Successful’, payment will be updated in 2 working days and receipt can be downloaded once the status is changed to ‘Payment Received’
  • In case the payment is failed and amount has been deducted from your account, please wait till the end of next business day. In most cases, the transaction will be reconsiled and your payment status will be updated as Successful. If by end of next business day the transaction status is not updated, then please do another payment and the previous payment will be refunded to you in 15 working days. If you do not receive the refund in 15 days, kindly contact the respective bank's charge back department.
Note : Transaction charges will be applicable as per the mode of payment
  • Post login, click on the menu link (three horizontal lines) on the left-hand top and select Fee Payment Transactions menu to check the Transaction Details and to download the payment receipt
Online Class
  • Ensure Edchemy registered email ID and Zoom login email ID is the same to Join the class through Edchemy
  • Check your Internet connection
  • Remember Zoom login credentials

Others
  • Post login from the registered mobile number/email ID, click on the menu link (three horizontal lines) on the left-hand top and select ‘Test Results’ menu
  • Choose the class and click on Print PDF/View result to view result of the required examination
  • In case the report card is not visible, kindly contact the institution for further assistance
  • Post login from the registered mobile number/email ID, Survey will be displayed in the dashboard
  • Click on ‘View All Survey’ to view all surveys
  • Post login from the registered mobile number/email ID, Publication will be displayed in the dashboard
  • Click on ‘View All Publication’ to view all the publications posted by the institution
  • Click on ‘Show Unread’ in the right-hand top to view the Unread Publications
  • Post login from the registered mobile number/email ID, Ready reference will be displayed in the dashboard
  • Click on ‘View All Ready Reference’ to view all the Ready References shared by the institution
  • Click on ‘Show Unread’ in the right-hand top to view the Unread Ready Reference
  • Messages will be sent to the registered mobile number only
  • In case the message is not received, login to Edchemy and click on the menu link (three horizontal lines) on the left-hand top, select SMS Inbox menu
  • All messages sent by the institution will be available in this menu
  • Kindly contact your operator in case the issue persists
  • Click on right side top corner to view the wards under your account
  • Name/short name of the ward will be available to differentiate the details of each ward
